No Returns or Refunds
Aikenpeps does not accept returns or refunds on any products after an order has been placed. All sales are final.
Exception: Pre-Shipment Cancellations
The only exception to our no-return policy is if you request to cancel your order before the item has been shipped. If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may request a full refund by contacting support@aikenpeps.net. Once an item has shipped, no refunds or returns will be accepted.
Order Verification
Please note that once payment is received and verified, we begin processing your order immediately. To cancel before shipment, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Cancellation requests received after shipping has commenced cannot be honored.
Damaged or Defective Items
While we carefully package all orders, we cannot be held responsible for damage during shipping or defective products. Shipping is at the customer's risk. All products are thoroughly tested before dispatch.
